Celebrate Father’s Day with a once-a-year experience aboard the brand-new electric Z.O. & O. D.A. & D. Railroad at the Fort Wayne Zoo!

On Sunday, June 21, dads of every kind are invited to step into the conductor’s seat for an unforgettable ride through the zoo. Whether he’s a rad dad, grill dad, sports dad, nerd dad, dog dad, or the king of corny jokes, this is his chance to shout “ALL ABOARD!” and become the star of the railroad.

Participating dads will conduct the brand-new electric train alongside zoo staff while up to four guests ride in the first two passenger rows for the ultimate VIP family adventure. Between the whistle blasts, waving guests, and smiles from the station platform, this Father’s Day experience is packed with memory-making moments the whole family will treasure for years to come.Please check in at the event table located near the train station at least 5 minutes before your scheduled ride time.

Participating dads must be at least 18 years old and will sit in the driver's seat alongside a trained zoo employee, who will operate the train while Dad enjoys the conductor experience and all the attention that comes with it. Family members may ride in the first two passenger rows directly behind the driver's seat.
