Ready to bring your Zoo experience in the next level? Purchase your Ride Pass or Ride Tickets before your visit! Using a mobile device, we’ll send a QR code to your email address or through a text message.

Ride Pass: You and your family can enjoy 10 rides for $25, which adds up to a 60% savings! At the end of your online transaction, you can bring your QR code to any Guest Services location to pick up your ride pass on the way to your favorite ride.

**Ride Tickets: Ride tickets are $4/per guest. At the end of your online transaction, you can skip the kiosk and present your QR code at the Zoo ride.  

**Ride Wristband: Purchase this option for unlimited rides for the day! Each wristband is $10 and must be on person to participate in the rides of choice. Present your QR code to any Guest Service location or the Front Gate to receive your wristband.

Adventure Play: Ready to bring your Zoo experience to new heights? Purchase your adventure play ticket before your visit! Using a mobile device, we’ll send a QR code to your email address or through a text message. Present this QR code to the Guest Service kiosk and hop in line for your adventure! 

Please note this attraction uses a harness and lanyard system and may not be able to accomodate all guests. The following must be met:

• To experience the full course, you must be 48" tall to ride. Those under 48" tall will be directed to the sky tykes area of the course.
• The maximum weight for the harness is 300lbs.  The maximum height for this attraction is 6'8".
• Closed toe and secured shoes are required. 

If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must purchase the tickets and agree to the waiver for the participant. Link to downloadable waiver: FWCZ Adventure Play Waiver

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled Bamboo Forest Adventure Play time slot as harnessing may take 15 minutes for full safety checks. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes past the time you selected. Course participants will be guaranteed to receive the full 30 minute time slot based on when you step onto the stairs, however you may stay on the course until the next time slot. Please follow all directions of course team members.

Tickets are non-refundable. 

Passes and Tickets expire December 31st, 2025. 

**Please note, the whole month of April 2025, the only rides available are the Carousel and Train.
